Shri. S. Ramann, is from the civil service and is deputed to NeSL, by the C&AG of India as the Managing Director & CEO of National E-Governance Services Limited (NeSL). Prior to joining NeSL, Ramann was the Principal Accountant General of State of Jharkhand and is also empaneled as Joint Secretary to the Government of India.  Prior to that he was Executive Director at SEBI, where he served as CGM and ED on deputation from Government of India from 2006 to 2013. He has also been Secretary to the CAG of India and First Secretary at Indian High Commission London. His qualification are BA (Economics) and MBA from Delhi University. He is professional qualification are L.L.B. from university of Mumbai, MSc Regulations from the London School of Economics, certified Internal Auditor from IIA, Florida and Post Graduate Diploma in Securities Law.
